Refund policy

One-time purchase, 14-day refund window.

If BeatBridge does not work on your system, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund the order.

How to request

1. Email support@beatbridge.net with the email used at checkout.
2. Describe the problem and your macOS version; we may ask for diagnostics or a short screen recording.
3. We will confirm the refund and Lemon Squeezy will process it to the original payment method.

What is not refundable

• Requests after 14 days, unless required by law.
• Cases where the software works but you changed your mind after using the full trial and license — contact us and we will still try to help.

Refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. See also our terms.
